Most people go to the scrap yard and get an old grill, and then mod it them selves, im half way through doing mine at the moment, as for the pictures, when you replt to a thread you click the 'go advance' then scroll down and click 'manage attachments' from there its pretty simple.
Or you can use something like photobucket
