Jun Flywheel on Nismo clutch?

I'm wondering if the Jun lightened flywheel will fit a Nismo Clutch cover? Or modification needed?

thats what im running in my car!!! no mods needed at all, and it feels ****ing amazing over the stock items! best upgrade yet!
