My boss has asked to see if I get get him these tracks http://www.rufuswainwright.com/discography/
But they're only available from US, can anyone help

In a word no, you'll not be able to get them from itunes. You'll have to try elsewhere..

Get someone in the US to do it, then unlock the files so they can be used on any PC. No other way as far as I know.

The easyest way to unlock itunes aac tracks is to use itunes to make an audio cd then to record them back to mp3.

But only use this if the tracks are yours and not to rip the off from someone else!
