Is the K12 suspension the same as the 2009 Renault Clio?

My front right bearing carrier is literally falling off. The ball-end on the wishbone has worn the hole in the hub to such an extent that it is not safe to drive the car anymore. I need to replace the entire hub. The Micra is imported to South Africa and very scarce, and due to that, the hub is extremely expensive from the agents. I am trying to source a second hand one and need to find out whether the Clio has the same part and if they can be swopped out. That way I can ask around for slightly less scarce parts.
Any help will be appreciated.

I fitted a clio rear drum on my k12 and it wrecked the abs sensor,so i wouldnt risk trying clio parts on the k12,unless its diesel or 1.6 petrol parts for the engine. Isnt worth damaing the car if they dont fit.
