Insurance for a 1.0L 1989?

Hi,
if you haven't read my introduction thread then I may be buying an 1989, 1.0L, 4-speed K10 off my friend. I've read somewhere that These micras come under classic car insurance? I'm just asking how much "roughly" would the insurance be for an 18/19 year old for the micra? My friend got £900 a year for his 1.4 volvo 340 with footman james but I doubt it'll be that cheap

Just did a comparison with money supermarket and cheapest I can get is £1022.95 with Collingwood. Obviously they just tell you the vague details at first but I'll look into it a bit more, thanks for the advice guys any more help would be great

Yeah I started with Elephant and just renewed using price match with Bell. They have been best for me by £100s thus far. :laugh:
