Installing engine mounts

Hey peoples...

Just got some engine mounts from a forum member, Who has any idea how to install them? Will I need to press them out or will it be simply RP-7 and hammer it out affair?

How would/should the engine be supported doing one at a time?

Press them out. Suspension place should do it for you. As for supporting, I used a jack and an engine crane.

fudge i dont want to pay for it. Lucky ive got two micras so ill just unbolted the mounts and wack it on the other car woo no need for a press ill use a hammer lol

No no.. I meant the suspension shop lol. Thanks for the offer anyway.

I dont want the old bushings... Ive got one smashed micra.. one smashed out bush is not an issue on the broken micra.. it will never drive again. I just want to install the nismo ones.. Which have a split in them which will make install them so easy. Then wack them on my good car. You can bend the metal on the original bush
