Installing 1.3 cams

Right have read the guide and it's well written, hence my reply!
I'd be interested to know if anyone else has done the conversion from 1.0 to 1.3 cams and how it went, did you run into any problems etc?
With the right tools, could a novice and a mate get this done?

get your mate to keep the top sprockets lifted and the chain tight (the cams may jump a little when you lever the sprocket off, because some of the valvesprings are under tension).
and i always rotate the engine afterwards (plugs unscrewed) to check for contact.
