inlet or both cams to 1.0ltr

Hello, I have two 1.3 camshafts that i am considering fitting to my 1.0. Does anyone know the power band increase at different engine revs on whether you fit the inlet camshaft or both. from my understanding fitting the inlet camshaft increases midrange power where is fitting both camshafts increases high end power.
the reason is my k11 is the multi coil engine and i cannot afford to buy an aftermarket ecu and disable the rev limiter, with that in mind would it not be more beneficial to just fit the inlet camshaft?
