injector gaskets

Wondering if anybody could post a pic of the gaskets needed for injectors on 1.0 for re-fitting, i didnt remove the injectors and struggling to find anybody who sells just the seals.

the 2 rubber O rings on the injectors glen ? or the rubber grommets in the mani ?

yeah the O rings bud he didnt give them me back, so not to sure what they look like or where they go, got the grommets still in manifold

Cheers will do, have you got a pick with them on the injector also, can see where 1 goes from you pick but not the other

Received today, get these back on Friday after picking up new valve cover bolts(strange design ) oil in and coolant in ready for the big start up, keep ya posted

Grrr sorry another question just wanna make sure im right

does the little gasket fit over the injector when it prutruding....mine seem to be in the cylinder still

hmmm dont look like i needed them then, my own fault not being clear the injectors havnt been taken out so I'm assuming now these gaskets are already in and they just needed popping in the manifold

one thing i have done tho is put the bigger gasket over the cylinder part above where the smaller one goes, so this now sits on the manifold gasket

The injectors have not been removed from rail just rail from manifold- i thought there were then o-rings around the cylinder part of the injector then into manifold gasket.

Pic is with doughnut gasket around it and hopfully you can see where i have put the o-ring you sent me (sits on top)

ahh, the old grommets usually seal ok mate, but the extra O ring wont hurt i guess

Yeah wont be lifting it up tho will it, not a spec gap for the injector nozzle is there?

nah, the bolts will squash the O ring into the grommet eh
