indicator problem ... which relay ? kind of urgent k11 1999

I'v got a VIC test for my car booked on tues so i need to get tis problem sorted before i can drive over there.

the problem

when i turn my indercator or hazards on there fuses blow, i can't find any places where its shorting so maybe its a relay ? but which one ?

I drive a 1999 k11

was the car previously damaged ?

yes fornt left wing

also all the wiring was just twist together at the loins , so i had to solder them up and use heat shrink but it was working fine for a couple of months

also not sure if this makes a differene but the battery waring light is on ? even tho its a brand new batt fully charged

alternator cant be working within spec to be honest and on mine the indicator relay is under the dial surround

hmm ok ... so i fixed it last night , just by changing a relay , come down this morni to test it , left indercator workerd perfect then tried the right one and my car died as it drain the battery ?
