Ignition Key Barrel

Hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the ignition key barrel, if so how, or is this a locksmith job. Mine is playing up sometimes unlocks the steering but will not turn enough to start.I Put some WD40 in the lock which has helped but I think it needs changing

Hey man, yes its possible to change the whole thing. but need to get the according keys too, i changed mine by myself once too. only thing which sucks is when you have NATS, as you need to reprogramm the key to the lock sometimes. and you need to get the two bolts aswell, to prevent your car from stealing
