Hi , we have a 53 plate 1.2 S automatic is it possible to use a second hand ignition barrel from a scrap yard without having to alter ecu codes ? At present using a screw driver in ignition switch and key turned in barrel. Nissan want £237 for new barrel , can get second hand from scrap yard for £45 . Any help appreciated . Sorted fitted a push button start kit . Full instructions given easy to do if you can work a test lamp and can solder . Cheers .
