Idle ------------

Can anyone please tell me on the K11 rev counter where should the needle be idling on?

like most cars would be just under the 1 on the rev counter which should be roughly 800-850 rpms?

Seems like my car was running low and sounds abit rough until i sprayed carb cleaner to clean the maf sensor, sounds better now but need the idle set up correctly.

from 0-1k rpm are 3marks
1000/3=333rpm each marker
750/333=2.25 markers

so should be at 2 1/4 mark from zero

Mine idles like 500 rpm... between the first and second line from the bottom... no problem at all but yeah the above comment should be what it does...

i interpret the lines as 500/750/1000 personally (as 250 probably would,nt register)

Hi guys thanks for your replies, as picture below shows a white line so its where the needle should be then.... makes sence.....

Also when adjusting the Idle, do i disconnect the idle valve plug from the throttlebody then adjust the idle screw and plug back the idle control once done?
