Maybe try and clean the idle air control valve on the back as if it is a little bit clogged it may dip your rpms.
It could also be the MAF sensor, but if the car is running good i doubt it.
Lastly you can try and open the butterfly some more by adjusting the screw and nut that the accelerator cable/spring mechanism hits when the accelerator is not pressed. This way you can tweak the idle RPMs by leaving the throttle a tiny bit open but this would be my last option as it shouldn´t be done this way.
First with erratic idle air issues perhaps it may be cost & time efficient to carefully search for vacuum air leaks in air hoses paying particular attention to the servo hose & crankcase ventilation valve operation/hoses together with exhaust leaks.
Where air leaks suspected quickly test by momentarily clamping relevant hose whilst it is idling.
