If you have a k12 and are having problems with loss of acceleration speed as soon as you turn on your side light or even your dipped lights and then when you switch them off and the acceleration speed goes back to normal then you a problem related to your rear lights.
The fix to this problem is as follows:
Make sure your both your rear lights are connected properly.
Make sure all your bulbs are working and fitted or sat correctly in their bulb holder.
If any of your bulbs needs replacing, make sure their are the correct replacement bulbs.
Finally make sure when you are replacing any bulbs, make sure you dont fit the reverse bulb into the brake light bulb holder and vice versa as the two bulbs look the same but have a different fit when it goes into their holders.
One more thing is when your replacing any bulbs, go to a professional car parts shop for your bulbs. Dont go to independent ones.
