How to remove rear bumper on 2004 3DR Micra

I have a 1.2 S 3 DR 2004 Micra, my rear bumper is damaged and I want to remove it. However cannot see where bolts are located. Can anyone help with guidance on how the bumper is removed?

Also any tips on where I may get a reasonably priced replacement bumper?

there should be some bolts under the rear bumper (at the top from the outside underneath) and there should be some behind the rear lights under the sill thing what the boot lock sits on. and there should be some under the rear lights. hope this helps iam not 100% on these tho
