how to remove piston pin

Hi Boys,

Im putting cg10de pistons in my cg13de...
I already took my cg13de piston rod but i couldnt remove the piston pin withouth wreacking the piston... (2.5 tons on a pressing machine)

Now the second part of the work is to remove the piston pin of the piston i'll keep...

Do you have any tips to take that crappy pin out withouth scratching the piston?

We made up a pin that locates in the centre of the gudgeon pin, on the other side a piece that supports the side of the piston but is hollow to allow the gudgeon pin to come out.

There's usually a clips each end, have you removed them?

Fuzzy, ok yes... thats what i tought... i have to make my own tool.

Vexorg... usually is a clip yeah.... but not on our k11
