How to install a cd player in Micra?

Not sure if this is in the right place or not.

I'm thinking about getting the Sony DSX-A40UI from Halfords, but I need an ISO adapter and I'm just wondering does it have to be a specific one for my Nissan Micra GX circa 1999?

If so, could someone tell me what type it would be?

and how would I go about installing it?

Thanks turns out I didn't need the adaptor after all. It was fairly easy to install
