ozi, you,ve gotta undo a sprocket and shuffle the chain around so that you,ve got the 10, 14 and 22 links between the 3 dot,s on the 3 sprockets 
(you should,nt need to remove the tensioner btw, just tweak the cams back and forth (with the 22mm spanner) to pull the chain tight and slip the sprocket back on fully)
