How much weight can the front passenger side take?

Hey peeps, I was just wondering how much weight the front passenger side, of my 1993 k11 1.3lx can take. The reason I ask, is because I'm 21 stone and my micra has been fine carrying my friend too, who was 28 stone at the time, and it carried me and him and our other friend in the back, who is 14 stone just fine. I'm just wondering, because he is now about 32 stone. I'm only intending on keeping my k11 for another year, before I treat myself to a honda civic vti. Please can you guys/gals give me your advice.

gross vehicle wt 1300 ish iirc
gross train wt (car + trailer) 1800 ish iirc
front axle 700 ish iirc
rear axle 700 ish iirc
