How do you tell the difference between 1.0 and 1.3 cams?

measure the lift. 6 or 8mm

Cg13 has 7.95mm of lift

Far simpler to measure the overall camshaft height, as detailed in the maintenance manual.

Just to add are these a direct fitment onto the 1.0L K11 CG10 ENGINE or is there modifying needed. Hoping to use it on my daily driver 1996 Nissan micra k11. Thanks.

Direct fitment, no modifying needed. Just do one at a time though, that way you can jam the other sprocket while you change one side, so no chance of messing the timing up.
