How do you remove rear sliding bench seats in a 3 door k12

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seats completely spent hours removing bolts and couldn't get the seat out any help would be appreciated

What is your reason for removing the rear sliding bench.

Here is a guide this should be easy enough to follow.
I can't really advise how to remove them as have not tried before.

Edit :- I'm sure you will remove a lot of weight with out the rear bench as they are always quite heavy.
