How do I enter diagnostic mode?

Hi can a kind soul please tell me which pins I need to short on the OBDII connector to enter diagnostic mode.

I have a K11 1. Auto Limited Edition (Japan Import) and I've attached a pic of the OBDII for reference.

Also, the previous owner had made a mess of the electrical wiring. Any place online where can get a wiring diagram?

I've heard the "Haynes" manual has it all but it's not available down here in Colombo and cost a fortune if I try to import it.
