How do I access the wiper arm plastic bushings to swap them with good ones?

My RH wiper blade squeaks pretty loud and even when raised.
From googling around it sounds like it’s something to do with plastic bushings.

Does anyone know of any images or guides that will be useful for getting to the bushing?

Basically I want to take the good one off my mates scrap micra and put it on mine

No photo guide that I know of but access to wiper mechanism is via . . .
remove wiper arms and blades
remove plastic scuttle panel (screws and clips)
poke around below/behind - the arms have plastic push-fit ball joints. You may have to remove bolted on bits to get access to what you want.

I had to get in, to replace arms/joints after blades stuck to screen and joints popped out under twisting/rotating power of wiper motor.
You can get add-on clips to stop this - from eBay.
