How do I access the rear water jet hose in the back end of the car?

How do I access the rear water jet hose in the back end of the car?

I cleaned out the shuttle valve and pulled back the carpet along the inside sill.
When I pull the stalk I can see the liquid move through the clear tube, a second later it returns.
I’m at the point where it goes under the drivers seat.
Also when the jet moves through the tube I can see bits of black gunk in the tube but I don’t know if it’s fully blocking it or not.

I’ve already disconnected the rear jet so it’s not that

Mine was blocked in the section inside the boot lid, it comes through on the left hand side in the rubber grommet tube thing

Absolutely spot on mate!
The ball bearing was full of gunk in the shuttle valve
