hmmmm aerial?

fitted a new HU 2days ago it worked fine in the car it came from but now its not getting a signal in the micra, it will get radio1 but its fussie and no other stations will work, aerial is plugged into the back

any ideas??

mine does the same, never bothered to fix it as i dont listen to radio ever... what HU you using ? mines a blaupunkt so it dont even use a stupid aerial adapter or anything like that.

its a sony, i use the radio alot at the monent as my cd-rewriter is bust

put an aerial amp in line with the areial, there can be bought for about £10, or do like i did and replace the whole areial and cable with an amplified one, i was going to do a how too but i was not given the MSC logos to do it with so i couldnt be bothered.

found out it was a bad earth somewhere so the HU was earthing threw it aerial
