Hissing sound under rear seats

Hi

There's an odd hissing sound coming from under the rear seats of my Micra. It almost sounds like radio static but I'm guessing it's coming from the fuel pump.

The car is running ok and doesn't seem to be misfiring and the fuel tank is over half full.

Any ideas what's causing this hissing noise?

have you got a cobra exhaust system haha:laugh:

Try checking your exhaust bro, the point where the backbox connects to the middle pipe is right next to the fuel tank and is a common fault. Don't disturb the fuel pump untill everythig else is checked out and working fine.
