high revs

hello,my k10's possessed! i'm braking & changing down thru' the gears & there's sudden high revs.going into neutral seems to calm things.anyone know what that was/is? regards

first suspect is a sicking throttle cable , peddle (chech that the carpet or cables under the footwell are not interfering) or mechanism on carburettor

check everythig is totally free

check auto choke. good spray of WD40 around the carb doesent do any harm.

I doubt it , but push it back on anyway! that would cause a misfire not overrevving. As frank said possibly vaccum hose or somethng sticking.
