HELP!!!!!

I have just bought a Nissan Micra first registered in 2002 on a 52 plate. The original documents describe it as a GX but Nissan have said its a K11. When trying to insure it, all companies have said there is no K11!! All internet comparison websites are also not showing a K11!!! Someone please tell me where to insure it and does it go by any other name??

insurance companies rarely use the factory model code bridie, they will just class it as an "02 micra gx"

Many thanks for that Frank but all the insurance companies do not seem to have a 2002 GX as a 5 door and this is where the problem seems to be!

they should insure it on what details they have off the number plate !!

Many thanks just got in insured now as a 5 door GX. I have never had so many probe trying to insure a car!
