Help with welding front crossmember

Recently changed my front cross member and bolted the new one in and had it welded and took it back for its mot and there saying it needs welding all underneath aswell now I don't recall removing any welds under there as I didn't even jack up the car can any one shed some light on this for me should I get vosa involved as I think there wrong

Crawling underneath and taking some photos would be the sensible thing to do before making accusations....

did they mean the crossmember or the sills?

Perhaps look under another micra for reference to make sure it has been welded in all the right places, and if so, you have pics to prove it. I have to mine soon and I hope I don't have trouble from the mot guys.

Finally got this all welded and I'm now back on the road turns out the mot testers were being really picky as they were done by vosa about a car they passed a couple of months back that was not welded correctly
