help with postage

i need a parcel picked up from cardiff (i think) and delivered to me in purfleet(in essex) but the person i bought it off want me to organise the postage whats the cheapest and easiest way to do this

any ideas?

is there anyone around the CF3 0EY (cardiff i think) postcode area that could pick it up and stick it through the post office (ill pay you or arrange with them for me to pay at this end
