Help with gearbox please!

Someone bodged on a pulsar short shifter and haven’t put in the gear shifter bushing

Can someone telling me where I can source one as it’s very sloppy please

Can you help me figure out where the bushing goes? Like a diagram?

Underneath the shifter is a joint where the bushing should Go. Like into the dhifter to put the bolt Tru. Just take a look. IT should all explain itself

That’s the one I bought as Nissan didn’t have any in stock is that correct? Says for k11 and pulsar which my car has the short shifter from

No. That one Goes on the linkage to the mount. How do you know Its missing the shifter bushing?

The mechanic said whoever put the pulsar short shifter on has just filled it with washers but the washers get worn out and the gearstick moves side to side whilst in gear and is very sloppy
Don’t know what to do at this point

Pull out the short shifter And install the normal one.

The pulsar short shifter isnt ad wide as the Micra one And needs Some washers on the side. Wonky solution But otherwise iT wont stay centered And can slide left to right.

Would a k10 bushing fit?

No. That one Goes on the linkage to the mount. How do you know Its missing the shifter bushing?

Is that the only way then? Is it best off going to the original shifter again

Yep its the only way. The pulsar shifter linkage isnt as wide as the micra one. You swap over the micra bush and that sticks out a few mm. And that space needs to be filled.
