help torque settings

hi i have a 95 k11 with 214127klms im looking for torque settings as im in the process of changing the timing chains, tensioners and guides the torque settings im looking for are the (tensioners,guides,sump and timing cover) bolts, the reason is because im good at snaping things off thanks hope someone here can help or guide me

no probs, was the sump sealer stuck like **** to a blanket ?, and those allen key guide bolts do be megga tight usually eh
