Help! Rust behind lower edge of front windscreen

Took my windscreen out last night ready to replace it and found that the rear edge of the scuttle panel was rotten can these be bought new? If so where from I've had a look at a few websites can find lots of k11 panels just not the scuttle
It's for a 2000 W reg 1.0L

Not sure if you can buy the scuttle panel. If not, I think you could just cut out the metal where it's rotten, shape a new bit of metal into whatever size/shape you need, weld it in, then just go over it with some filler, sand paper, and spray paint. Probably cheaper than buying and replacing a whole panel (Y).
