Help replacing side light

anyone offer any advice on replacing the side light on a mirco, for love or money can i seem to pull the bloody thing out.

according to the book it should just pull out, but i cannot get it out. i cant even see the thing due to lack of room.

get someone who has slim fingers ie a women or you will have to move or take off whatevers in the way.

Grit your teeth and give it a wiggle before twisting it usually helps! LOL!

Or give up and use a pair of long nose angled pliers.

use two hands, put one behind/underneath the metal bit an one in the front and push/lift respectivly (can't remember the thread)
