The radio is not working it needs a code

The serial number is BP 536258421226

The other 10 digit number is 8635123392

Any help would be appreciated

My daughter Nissan Micra radio looking for code ,i put in code from manual 6254 and pressed TA [6] but nothing happens ,,,BP334958122588 Can anybody help please thanks Pat
