Help need to clean my rear brake lights

I just booked my k10 nissan micra into get a nct test but having a quick look around the car it looks like it will fail because of my rear brake lights. I have put Lexus lights on it and their filthy inside and im not sure how to clean them any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Lexus lights. Take them off, put standard ones back in.

I dont have standard 1s thats the problem and id love to burn just cant

best to just flush some detergent into them tomy hosepipe maybe ?
