HELP I need a new carburettor

Hi I've had my pao for 3 years and have had no problems with it mechanically and all of a sudden it looks like I need a new carburettor...
local mechanics are struggling to know what to do with is a the part is obviously no longer available
Does any one know of someone in the U.K. Who may be able to help me locate one
It's an automatic 1989 !

I believe it would be the same carb as a 1989 era 1.0 liter Micra, so maybe post over in that forum.
