Help heaters not getting warm

Hi just wondered anyone else got the same problem

Possible issues:
-Low coolant
-Airlock in lines or heater core
-Bad waterpump
-Heater core not even connected/bypassed because it leaks
-cables broken for the flaps not allowing air to pass by the heater core
-engine not running
-Switch on cold instead of hot
