I just drove from East Sussex to Norwich with an alleged full tank and showed pretty much empty after the journey, i thought this cant be however but just thought i had a heavy foot. when I came to fill it up I managed to get 20 litres in the tank before it started to overfill.
so its getting half the normal range and only filling up to half capacity, and have no idea why.
I'm thinking maybe the fuel-sending unit or something like that. i have brought a Jerry can so will test how many miles i can do while it is empty to see if I'm running rich or is something else
can anyone figure out what it could be or how i could go about diagnosing the issue as want to try and fix it myself?
