Help eccs fuse keeps blowing everytime I replace it. Car won't start

Help eccs fuse keeps blowing everytime I replace it. Car won't start k12 micra. I've heard it may be the ecu need repaired. If so how do I remove it. Where is it located? Any help would be appreciated

have you done any work on it daz ? or did it randomly not start ?

I bought it to repair from a woman she said it just wouldn't turn over.. but the eccs fuse keeps blowing but it starts for a few seconds then blows it and it cuts out
