Hello every one here. I hope everyone is in perfect health and so are their beloved micras.

I was toooo busy with my family life to come here, so apologies for that.

Its nearly MOT time and today went to a friend's garage to look underneath the on ramp but he was too busy and no ramp was free. I feel there is some welding needed. But not sure if its better to replace the entire sills both outers and inners.

Now the questions are:

Does it worth it to replace the sills?
Where can I get sills?
What about inner sills? Are they replaceable?

replacing all sill is bigger job . people do patch works neatly is cheaper.

After replacing it did not do any thing else. The long trailing arms still needs to put on!!! Did not have the time and money to source a pair. Perhaps will do something about it in the coming weeks.

As for the patch, I was given a price of 80 for both sides is it good? I have supply the spray though!

Try get arms cut out from scrapy yard. Then drill out remaining bolts.

I have one which i saved the broken axle and only need one. But drilling out the bolts are scary!!

I will have a go as soon as I have bit of time.
