HEEEEELP!!!!

Hi Guys,

New to the forum and was wondering if someone could shed some light pls,

I have a 2002 facelift 1.0 CG10DE with coil packs, really really need to find some sort of wiring diagram for the engine, got a non start issue, fuel pump not priming, coil packs not sparking, there's no faults in ECU or NATS, and I've got 2 keys for the car,

I can prim the fuel pump via diagnostics all ok, just noticed on live data I only seem to have 1.2v going to the ECU so need to trace the feed wires for the ECU, If I puul the main feed relay out goes to 0.0v but there is 12v at the relay end, I can only find diagrams for the earlier 1.0 engine with a seperate dizzy, not the same!! the pin outs are not the same at the ecu???

any help would be much appreciated

I will look in work tomorrow for you mate. Should be able to upload the wiring diagram for you. Only info i need is your chassis so if you pm me i can get relevent info. There are about 7 suppliments to the manual otherwise. Dont need full chassis. Leave off last 4 digits and just put xxxx.

Try a new or different relay, they can fail where they provide some voltage but not full volts. Had this on our non-coil pack car this year with the fuel pump relay.
