Hi all, missus has a micra 1.0 on 54 plate. The heater has slowly stopped working over a period of time. It would work if she banged the dash or hit a road hump too fast, but this has stopped working altogether now.She has been quoted a small fortune by a local mechanic to fix due to job being 6-7 hours.
I have spent some time reading many posts on this forum, but could someone please answer a few questions please ?
1) Would I be right in thinking a 54 plate is a K12 model ?
2) To replace heater motor on K12 it is a simple 3 bolts and only K11 is a dash rip out ?
3) Would it be the fan motor or resister that is most likely or change both ?
