Heater Control

Hi,

How do you disconnect the heater control unit from the 3 black wires? I really dont want to break them (picture attached) and on separate issue..............where is the central locking control unit? cant see it on here (x reg k11 Micra 1.4)

I have taken the dashboard out and planning to paint it.

With lots of care, (because the age of the plastics) but you just have to pull them out from the back of the black plastic, to take the metal ring of the plastic.
