Hi Dave,

It's been a while since you posted this but I have a similar problem to yours expect that for me, I only have cold air venting in the car and no heat at all. I would need to access the cable which controls the knob and didn't quite see well on the manual's pictures how to do this. Would you be so kind and provide some pics of your own ? Sorry for the trouble, but I would really appreciate your help !
