Heater Blower not working at all

Hi folks

last year I replaced the blower card when the fan only worked on 3 and 4 settings. Fixed it a treat.

However this morning I noticed the fan was a little louder than normal and then on the way home from work when i realised the car wasnt heating up noticed the fan wasnt wotking at all.

Any ideas??

The fault is now intermittant. It comes on when it likes. If I leave the fan off when I park the car at night, it ususally works in the morning if I move the switch from 0 to 1 after the engine starts. No idea with this one!
Then it stops after I have parked the car up.
