Headunit tuning "problem"

I've had my headunit for a while now but never used the tuner much until recently.

I have noticed it tunes in increments on .2 and starts at .1, so bascially I can only tune to the odd numbers and can't tune to stations like Rock FM 97.4.

The HU is from America which at the time wasn't a problem, any help please!

That is the problem - its an American spec unit.

They have a different tuning system to ours, with different increments/frequencies.

Check in the manual to see if you can change the headunit to european tuning mode.

Other than that, theres nothing that can be done I'm afraid.

Yes, but it has nothing to do with your problem. The tuning on US radios always ends in an odd tenth because of the way it works over there. Look through the manual, or search the internet, but I doubt there is anything else you can do.

iam sure i have heard some where u can change somethin inside that makes it european spec
