jc1234 Sep 2, 2008 #2 mine just pulled out, to see if you speakers are working connect both neg and pos to an aaa battery and you should hear a crackle.

OP OP K kyle Sep 3, 2008 #4 Do I need an ISO to din convertor to use the standard k10 aerial with a new head unit? The standard head unit was only recieving 1 radio channel, would this suggest a bad aerial or was my head unit simply kaput?

S Skribble Sep 4, 2008 #5 i have a kenwood cd player in my k10 and the aerial just pushed straight in mate but after i connected it i found anouther aerial wire from some place but still cant find the end lol what make of cd player you going to be fitting?

Maybe it's damaged and that's why the signal is bad, or you could just be in an area with poor reception. My headunit just pulled out too. The screw in the ashtray only held the standard stereo in for me
