Headlamp replacement: adjuster switch

I'm just about to change the headlight bulb on my 2001 K11.
On my old 1995 K11, this was a 1 minute job:
Remove connector, remove rubber shroud, replace bulb.
But the newer model has a headlight height adjuster switch on the dashboard.
Does this make the process more complicated?
